1. Cancellation by participant

If you need to cancel your Creative Reset Retreat Day booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on this website.

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

• More than 14 days before the retreat day: Full refund or option to reschedule to another available date.
• 7 to 14 days before the retreat day: 50% refund or option to reschedule, subject to availability.
• Less than 7 days before the retreat day: Refunds are not typically available, but we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling if space allows.

2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Creative Reset Retreat Day, contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled date, and we will work with you to find an alternative date that works.

Rescheduling is subject to availability on other scheduled Creative Reset Retreat Days. We cannot guarantee that your preferred alternative date will be available.

You may reschedule once per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Cancellation by xlaxyrondroz

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a Creative Reset Retreat Day due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen events.

If we cancel a Creative Reset Retreat Day, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date at no additional cost.

We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel a Creative Reset Retreat Day and will work with you to find the best solution.

4. Refund processing

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your Creative Reset Retreat Day booking.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No-shows

If you do not attend your scheduled Creative Reset Retreat Day without prior notice, you are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If you arrive significantly late to a Creative Reset Retreat Day, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate fully, and no partial refunds will be provided.

6. Special circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or a refund even if it falls outside our standard policy.
